The service that this family owned business provides in second to none. As a single female driver with no automotive knowledge it has been hard for me to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and honest.
I travel all the way from Cremorne to Thornleigh whenever I need a service because I know and trust Vince and his team.
Many of my friends and colleagues now use this companu and make the journey from the Sydney CBD like me due to the high level of service they provide. Its also convenient to get back home as they are on the same road as a train line.

Kaleel recently worked on my 07 BMW Z4M Coupe. Within a day he had fixed several things that another BMW “Specialist” workshop charged like a wounded bull to look at and ultimately hadn’t been able to fix. My car is running better than it ever has and it puts a massive grin on my face now. To top it all off his pricing is brilliant and he is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Now that I’ve experienced the company, I will never trust my car with anyone else.

I would have to say my experience was more than pleasant, After Arriving at the workshop at 8am on the dot they were ready to go and they also remember my name from a few days ago when I dropped in to book my car in, The work they carried out on my vehicle was a few service items and a reasonably difficult job, I would have to say the car feels brand new again with also no more oil leaks which is a bonus. but also the other bonus was I got a lift to work where I was in close proximity of the workshop. I would strongly suggest to give them a ring if you have an issues or enquiries, Mark is a very Knowledgeable person and the men there are great Mechanic’s.

My amplifier purchased at the company is awesome! 2011 bmw 335i. the amp was simple plug and play! already tuned by the company. a little tweaking to do with the tuning download and it will be perfect. i kept the stock speakers which sound much better,but am hoping to upgrade the speakers soon! definitely worth the money! i live in Texas,the amp arrived at my door in just 2 days,from Poland! wow!!

If you want a pretty smiling face go to a dealership where you pay for meet and greet people and can’t talk to anyone who works on your car. I prefer to talk directly to the mechanic. These guys know their stuff and are happy to take the time to discuss problems. They are also very reasonably priced.

Yeah they were busy, they can’t spare 15 minutes end of day. $30 15mins still above award rate for top grade mechanic.

Purchased the Sirius Satellite installation for my BMW 128i, which I had recently purchased. It cost less than half what the dealer quoted (for the installation of Sirius in a satellite ready audio system).
Installation was straightforward. The Tech contacted me via Skype within the promised 48 hour period, downloaded the software to my laptop and walked me through the installation which took 15 minutes once I attached the cable I received to the laptop and the car. Highly recommended.

Dean and Tony are great BMW mechanics. What makes them standout is that they are true mechanics who love doing and repairing cars. They are genuine blokes and their advice is spot on. I went there for my E90 320i had issues with power window electrical issues. They tried everything and spent 10 hours and finally got the diagnosis ( even Adelaide BMW couldnt diagnose it and hence, I went here) They didnt even charge me for the 10 hours labour and just charged me for the parts. My 2nd visit was when My headlights blew and went in and they replaced it there and then. They remembered my car very well as they spent hours on it. Dean gave me new headlights ( literally gave it to me for free ) Your beemer will be in safe hands if you swnd it here. Well done guys. Keep it up.

Not a good experience. My BMW had a number of issues including some common oil leaks through the vacuum pump, I needed the spark plugs changed and I was loosing coolant. After a few days the car was ready, not a cheap price mind you. I picked it up and drove off, and noticed a knocking sound at the wheels. I had to go to Canberra that day so I couldn’t take it back, when I returned I dropped the car off and had to pick it up in another 2 days. the owner had the nerves to tell me he is not going to charge me because it was an error they made. as if he is doing me a favour. when I asked what the issue was he simply brushed over it and said I don’t know, one of the other guys sorted it out. with in a week the oil leak returned. I thought its something else, but when I checked its actually from the vacuum pump and its worse than what it was before! not sure what they changed! the coolant is also still leaking, and I have to top it off every 2 days! classic rip off. never again

Always a bit cautious trying new workshops, but I could not think of anything they could have done better with my service today. Communication throughout the day by three staff members (Sean, Simon and Beth) with progress and ETA updates. Every time I spoke with someone they knew exactly what was going on. Mechanics covered car floor and seats every time he got in and out of my car. Small things, but it’s all about the detail. Invoice was thorough and everything was explained once again. Seriously, great work to the company. Very impressed and will recommend.

It all sounded very genuine at the time of booking the car in. Did not bother to get a written quote and I was ripped off. Never make this mistake, get written quote..
I was informed 1200 + GST and 3 days for Job and I was billed 1500 + GST and took 4 days. Explanation I got was that a heavy duty component was installed which I did not ask for and it was clear that this was not the case. Instead of correcting their mistake I was offered explanations which anyone can make out is incorrect.
Wheel Alignment was done but the car drifted to the left.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Marino at the company! From the first phone call Marino was attentive and always quick to respond. He was very flexible about when I could come in or drop off/pick up my car, while my car was in for repairs he notified me of everything I need to know – what my options were and what the best decision was for me, my car and my budget! Even offering/encouraging me to come visit the shop and physically show me the exact issues my car had and explained why they needed to be fixed. Mario had a great eye for detail and offered a MUCH better price than any other mechanic I had been to before! Once I picked up my car I was again greeted with friendly service. Even after my car was serviced Mario still stayed in contact asking how my car was going and if I had any issues.

My wife discovered the company nearly two years ago by accident when our car broke down just a few days before Christmas. Marios and Justin were the only mechanics who would take our family car and look at it so close to Christmas, and for the damage we did to it, it was a wonder we even got it back. To their credit, they worked (in ridiculous heat) to have our car back before Christmas day so that we could still take our children on our family holiday. What my wife liked best about the experience was that Marios kept her updated every single day as to what he was doing, why he was doing it, how much it would cost and the expected time to have it back. Since then we have had our cars serviced a number of times by Marios and Justin with the same exact customer service of keeping my wife up to date on all work before going ahead with anything. My wife wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

The company offers a unique way to modernize your car’s electronic interface without buying a whole new car! (It’s nasty that BMW doesn’t have a way to do this, and I admire Elon Musk and Tesla’s method of pushing electronic upgrades to owners free.)
Anyway, there are many, many options. I was a bit skeptical that this would work without bricking my system, but it does. You can eliminate the annoying legal disclosure splash screen (it’s even worse on my wife’s Audi, but unfortunately the company doesn’t upgrade Audis), add a trailer hitch view to the rear camera, and more. A USB key is all you need, with their downloadable executable file. It worked just as advertised the first time.
Their customer support is also great. The only caveat I would offer is to speak with them before ordering to be sure that what you are getting is fully compatible with your BMW model/year. What I ordered wasn’t, it turns out, but after a phone chat they quickly refunded the money for the features I couldn’t use, which is also a great testimony to their integrity and customer service! 5 stars!!!

I have had such a wonderful experience with Marino at the company! From the first phone call Marino was attentive and always quick to respond. He was very flexible about when I could come in or drop off/pick up my car, while my car was in for repairs he notified me of everything I need to know – what my options were and what the best decision was for me, my car and my budget! Even offering/encouraging me to come visit the shop and physically show me the exact issues my car had and explained why they needed to be fixed. Mario had a great eye for detail and offered a MUCH better price than any other mechanic I had been to before! Once I picked up my car I was again greeted with friendly service. You can certainly trust the guys at the company, they have always been honest with the work that needed to be done to my car and have consistently quoted me accurately with the best price. I tend to shop around when it comes to the servicing of my cars and it has taken me 9 years to find a mechanic I can finally trust. I am so happy and confident with the work that the company has carried out on my cars that I have recommended them to everyone I know and have seen many of my friends and colleagues switch to them for their car servicing.
To my knowledge they can service any make or model whether your car be a Mazda or a Ferrari (I have certainly seen both in their workshop, new and old) and they have never had an issue servicing my VW CC, my partners Mazda 3 or my colleagues M3.
Even when I had to be given the bad news that my DSG gearbox had to be fixed, a cost of over $8000 (the cost of parts are phenomenal) I had no doubt about their quote or their knowledge of the gearbox issue. They delivered the bad news to me in a manner that was personable and understanding and worked with me to come up with a solution in a time frame that suited me.
I dont tend to write too many reviews, however when I discover a service provider that genuinely cares about you and is willing to go above and beyond your expectations to help you, I start to see them more as a friend and as a friend I want to help them back, so writing a review is the least I can do 😉

I’ve been a client or if you will a member or a very brilliant automotive servicing group known as the company (*Hills*) for just under 3 years now.
In my experiences I can openly and honestly say that the customer service which the ENTIRE team provides is outstanding. They really are customer eccentric in every aspect. I purchased an air conditioning service with the company on Groupon but admit that I was feeling a bit sceptical about how it was going to go as the deal was really cheap.
When I booked my car in I was already impressed with how friendly and nice Mario was on the phone. It was also going to prove tricky for me to get the car to him by 8am. I explained this and he was very flexible and kind to let me come later after school drop off. I really appreciated this! Within 30 minutes of drop off I had a phone call from Mario. I missed the call and was feeling worried it was going to be bad news. I rang back and Mario let me know that I needed the air con re gassed and also needed to have a valve replaced. I hesitantly asked how much it would be, thinking the worse. How fantastic to be told it would be only $30!!!! I voiced my delight where Mario jokingly said “I can charge you more, if you like!!!”.
Upon collecting my car I liked how Mario came and showed me the air con working etc. The next part was quite a surprise to me. Mario told me that he noticed my back tyres were dangerously worn. I hadn’t checked them for ages. No excuse but it’s not something I think of. I was also a bit upset that I’d had a major car service two weeks before and the mechanic had not mentioned this.
Mario also told me he has heard a knocking in my car when he had driven it a short distance after fixing my air con. A sign of a good mechanic! He offered to look at the car today (the next day) for free just so my safety was addressed. I am so impressed and think this is wonderful.
So thank you Mario. For not only giving my icy cold air con for a song but helping me out with my car and being concerned about my safety (along with the safety of my 9 year old daughter).
It feels so good to be treated so nicely and fairly. I’m super impressed and will be going to see Mario from now on. I totally suggest you should give him a go as well ?? ??. In fact you would be crazy not too!! What a nice young man!!
In addition to the above that was written prior to having Mario put my car up on the hoist in his workshop for free! I wanted to say how good it was to be shown things on my car that need attention. I’ve never been under a car before and it was an eye opener!! After Mario show me what needs attention he went into his office and spent around 20-30 minutes looking up prices for me. So impressed. The next part was so wonderful…Mario suggested that I wait a couple more days until December to get my suspension fixed as he would be given a cheaper price by his supplier in December. Mario was passing on this saving to me!! So surprised. I’ve never heard of this before! Anyway I’m booked in for the work that needs to be done and I’ve been given a great price upfront.

After breaking down my vehicle was towed to Dyno Tune Belconnen. I was quoted $700 by Dyno Tune Belconnen to fix my cars clutch master cylinder after having my car on the hoist for the whole day. I was unhappy with this price so I called around and stumbled on the company which quoted me half the price for the same work.
Mario of the company was extremely helpful over the phone and arranged the tow to Fyshwick. Within 2 minutes of receiving my car with the company experienced mechanic Justin diagnosed the problem as a faulty hose. This was easily fixed and meant I saved more money.
When dealing with Dyno Tune Belconnen I felt uncomfortable and had a feeling I could not trust them.
Justin and Mario have restored my faith in mechanics. They now have me as a loyal customer due to their quality work, honesty, competitive pricing and professionalism.
